The right replacement but wears out quickly
Perfect replacement for broken flapper on 8 yo toilet (it should have lasted longer though - Kohler issue). Part number now has GP prefix, but it's the same size (and looks the same). Doesn’t last very long - had to replace these every 5-6 years on the toilets with regular use. I make sure to have one on hand always and order another when I use the one in stock. May be a design flaw. The rubber is fine but the hinge/pivot points break so that it no longer sits right and doesn’t create a seal. One tip noted in other reviews as well - look under the cover of the tank lid for a list of parts on Kohler toilets. Flappers are different, but that will show which part number you need.

Good seal
This was the correct flapper for my one piece toilet. I had purchased another, but it was just a 1/4 inch too small and didn't seal properly. Easy to install and working well.

Easy to install, solid quality
While the product does not come with instructions, I feel like that's not necessarily a drawback. If you are peeking inside a toilet tank and getting your hands in it, you should have some kind of knowledge of what you are trying to accomplish. Regardless, this is a very simple and straightforward replacement, and if you need help you can search the internet as easy as you can search for the product on Amazon.Quality is OEM and solid. These will last a minimum of several years with normal use / environment. The use of chemical agents in the tank water will increase the degradation of items in the tank, so it's not advised. A simple 30 second swap wil ltake care of a leaky, aged flapper. It does come with the chain and clip for easy attachment to the handle rod. No need to re-use or remove the old chain and clip. Economical and functional.

Fits n works good.
I got this for my 10 year old Kohler Cimarron toilet. The fit is perfect. All you need to do is remove the old one and the metal latch and 2 hole ups on both sides fit perfectly. My toilet is no longer leaking water at night And is flushing fine.My only complaint is, there was no instructions, I had to YouTube how to do it. Although it was very easy, it should have come with some instructions. And I wish it came in a different color like blue or white.

Toilet Flappers. Hard to Mess These Up
It's a Kohler toilet flapper.I think the manufacturer and the product name equal a "Let's just leave that one alone" kind of response.I decided to write a review because I ordered this flapper and it was too large for my 'loo. After I yelled at the flapper for being the wrong size, I started to look at the design and construction of the rubbery valve. It is really a marvel of industrial design. They can last multiple human lifetimes if exercised properly, and live submerged in water. I decided to keep the flapper even though I could not use it, as a testament to modern inginuity and practicality, unlike the bogusly cheap toilet tank filler "valves" that need replacing every presidential election. When did they stop being ballcocks? You can't go wrong with a Kohler, unless you buy the wrong size.
