2nd day with the product and it's been really good. I like that it combines the energy + electrolytes+ creatine. I was mixing 2 or 3 things to get that before, so this saves time.The flavor is really good as well, not too sweet but sweet enough. I wanted to try the blue raz lemonade but I was looking for a good morning " juice" blend so I got the orange/mango and glad I did

This is a great electrolyte boost for pre or post workout.However, the Snow Cone flavor is unique and requires additional water or lemon to balance the taste.

I'll start with what you don't get with this pre-workout supplement, which is a pump enhancer and a muscle sparer. I add some citrulline malate and BCAAs and I'm good to go. What I like about this is that it has 150 mg. of caffeine (no caffeine anhydrous), which is a perfect amount for me, plus excellent amounts of key electrolytes, without overdoing it. You get 25 mg. of magnesium (which I take at night as well) plus 160 mg. of sodium (again, a good amount, where some supplements give you double that). You then get the main ingredient, 5 grams of creatine from three different sources. I really like this because, for whatever reason, I often forget to take the creatine. I think because you can basically take it whenever, so long as you take it, but in any case, this supplement ensures I get my creatine in pre-workout (which I do think is better than any other time). Finally, I like a good, new flavor as much as the next person, and this snow cone, though artificially flavored, is really fun and delicious. You get 30 servings in a jar for a good price. I'm using this pre-workout only, which is three or four days a week, so a good value for me. It shakes up really easily in a shaker cup. I haven't tried just using a spoon to stir it in, but it seems like it dissolves easily in water.
