Kokuho Rose Rice, 15-Pound

This is the best tasting rice! Eat it plain, steamed, and it is just awesome. This is slightly sticky rice so it is easy to eat with chopsticks! Fill you home with amazing aroma as it is cooking! Have eaten this rice for years!

We used to be able to get this rice at our local Asian market, but they've not had it in stock the last few times we've tried to get it. We do go through a lot of rice, so we buy the 10 or 15 lbs. bag and put at least half into large plastic containers for longer storage. I have an old 5 lb. bag that I keep refilling just for ease of handling. This makes wonderful fried rice a day after, when it's good and cold!

Lol I bought these and they tasted exactly like the rice you would get if you got up off your bed and went to buy it from the store.It cooks well and tastes good, I've been eating this for the past week.

If you make it in a rice cooker with 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water, it will be super mushy.use half a cup less, and it'll be soft but a bit more dry, It's better for fried rice or if someone is picky about texture.1 cup rice, 1 1/2 cup water for those who are curious.
