This sound was adequate at a DJ gig, but when I went wireless with a 1Mii B03 Bluetooth transmitter, the sound became much better, not just in the bass but all around. The Exoton just needs one button pushed to link up to BT, and the 1Mii is equally easy. Connection worked right on the first try, and now I not only don't have to mess with speaker cables, I'm actually proud of the sound. Treated right, these speakers are real champs.

Received the product and it does not function. The sub does not work at all. It will put out a short blast and then doesn't work. The tower halfway works. It is a piece of junk. The seller is not willing to do anything to help. They told me I could send it back, but are refusing to send someone to pick it up. I told them I have no way to take it anywhere to ship it, and they needed to send someone to pick it up. They are refusing. Do not get anything from this seller or this piece of equipment.

I own 2 of these and for the price they are pretty amazing units.

I am VERY impressed with the sound and build quality for the price. I can't speak to longevity (remains to be seen), but with two of these and two powered monitors for the band, we have all the power we need for the gigs we perform.

faulty equipment i can work with resolving but not with their support. i dont even want it now. and it mightve sounded great if the issue was resolved

I had no experience with Exoton or their products when I came across their column array speakers. I DJ for our ballroom dance club and was looking for speakers in the range of the Bose L1 Pro8. The S-1503 was less than half the price so I inquired with other DJ’s in the area and no one had any knowledge of their products but were wary of speakers at this price point. After some conversation with the Exoton representatives I purchased a pair of the S-1503 column array speakers and was so glad I did.First, their shipping was fast and the products were double packed in inner and outer cartons and internal foam; nice! When I unpacked and assembled the units the fit and finish were beautiful; this really is a good-looking system! When connected through my Mackie Mix 12FX I was truly impressed by the fulness and clarity of the sound. The volume from these 1,000W units was impressive: rich bass, solid midrange and crystal-clear highs. The subwoofers are heavy, 68 lbs. and I added four Ernie Ball casters to facilitate easier transport to two events where they performed flawlessly.The first event was a gentile event for retirees, but the second was the monthly dance for my ballroom club where the music ranges from hip-hop, club music, thumping percussive Latin, disco to refined orchestral Fox trots, tangos and waltzes. These speakers accurately reproduced all these genres and I got many compliments on the clarity of the music which is impressive because our club speaker system are the Bose L1 System Model II’s for comparison. The soundcheck before our event had ¾ volumes that could be heard outside the event building to the street! Members commented on being able to hear them as they were driving in; yes!!These speakers were more than adequate for our event space and 90-member audience at only 50% volume. There was plenty more headroom left for larger venues.I am very satisfied with these speakers and the service and delivery provided by Exoton. I’m not saying these units are better than the Bose, but they certainly held their own with our discerning club members. The price point of the speakers make them a definite best-buy in my opinion and doubt whether you could find better speakers for the money.

Please make this system in white! Also please make protective covers for the subwoofers! This product is awesome!!
