How to setup finger print and password
The product is very good and at first I didnât know how to setup password and finger print but then after everything was able to be figured out. This is really nice and cheap for this type of thing . I love it and thank you once again

Didnât get power on
The item looks like faulty as it couldnât get power on, I used new batteries still no connection came up and looked like dead. It looks good quality and came in nice packaging which made me so excited but unfortunately it didnât get start even.

This smart handle has a nice look and feel to it, with reasonably solid materials used. Nothing is particularly cheap looking.Setup took about 5 minutes, and was really quite painless. I registered a print as the master, then created additional ones as a test. The master can open the door and access the configuration menu, and the other users can only open the door. The instructions are not completely clear, but when adding users, you can choose between adding a fingerprint, a passcode, or an RFID tag.Each user is given a numerical ID, and the device keeps an access log. Very cool!I have not tried the network features, but I like the base device a lot. It works great, and I would definitely recommend it.
