So awesome I love that it also has a remote control. It can be controlled thru the app or with the remote. The cover on the 3D fan is very solid and safe for handling during operation. I'm using this in a restaurant we have open seating so the fan is displaying please seat yourself. And welcome and a few cool 3D nautical videos which I just love.This is my 3rd 3D hologram fan I have purchased thru missyou brand and service and set up assistance is great with this company of course I haven't needed any of that as I have 2 other fans one over 3 years old and still working fantastic. Missyou brand is the leader in this category for 3D hologram fans I have tried another brand and had many issues so I just returned it and I will always stay with this missyou brand friendly service and great reliability with ez to use software. I just love my 3D hologram fans and my customers in restaurant love them too great conversations often started with these holograms

Very difficult for me to understand

The media could not be loaded. This 3D "hologram" fan is a nice gadget to as an alternative to photo frames. The assembly is very easy and it provides the options of putting on a stand or mounting it on the wall. It comes with 8 preinstalled videos and we can add out own. The fan does make some noises but it resembles the volume of a regular fan.The App installation in done by scanning a QR code in the manual. We do need to connect our phone to its Wifi in order to use it. We could add our own video by pressing the "+" button in the App. It is not the most user friendly App. I still have not figured out how to rename the video clip for the display.I few things which are not accurate from the product descriptions : There is no scheduling function to turn on / off the machine. And there is no option to re-arrange the order of the files to be displayed. The duration of the video clips is also limited. The App crashes when I tried to load videos longer than 30 seconds. So knocking off 1 star for those reasons.Attached is a demo video using special camera equipment to show close to reality display. Phone cameras will shows all sorts of flicking due to its refresh rate.

The product is pretty cool, except that you can not add you own content, and the phone app has limited functionally and most of the vendor supplied videos do not load, and not all the remote control functions work. I spent hours trying to load new videos and gave up. Good luck, hope you have a lot of spare time.

The media could not be loaded. I read a review that you can't load your own video or pictures, but this is not the case! I did have some issues loading content at first, but their tech support is good, but be patient. They are on China time. I wish the fan was a little quieter, but it sounds like the motor of a normal fan, so set your expectations. I found the app to be a little confusing at first, but give yourself some time and you'll figure it out. All the loaded content can be removed, so you can display only the content you want to use! The cover doesn't clip on the base on its own, so plan on putting on your own clips to secure it. Again you get what you pay for and this is really decent for the price!

This is a total conversation piece in my office. Literally everyone who sees it is pretty amazed. The hardware is pretty solid - I run it for 9+ hours every day and have had zero problems with it. The LED arrays do make a decent amount of noise when running, sort of like a fan on medium speed. I actually like the sound and it reminds me of a white noise machine. I deducted a star because of the absolutely horrible app that accompanies it. While it will work without it, you only get a dozen or so pre-canned demo videos. The real fun begins when you upload your own material. To do so, you need an app that barely is functional on my android device. Maybe it works better with Apple, who knows. It is not a verifiable download from any app store, so use at your own risk. To make it work, you first have to connect to the LED projector's WiFi. After that the app "might" work. It has about a 50% success rate. If it fails, just force stop it and try again. I have not found a way to delete videos individually, so if you want something removed you may have to completely format it. It will accept short MP4 videos and play them in a loop, if you desire. I was able to find quite a few online - such as a spinning globe, scary skeleton, various looping landscapes, etc. Anything black will come across as transparent on the projector. Last few things... it comes with a remote control that comes in handy to switch between videos or stop the looping. Also included is a little USB stick. Not sure what is on it, no indication in the packaging. Seems a bit shady, so I just ignored it. Definitely a fun "holographic" projector once you figure out how to upload your own videos (or pictures) to it.
