11 days back I purchased a 3-layer bamboo plant and overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. The plant arrived in good condition and was well-packaged, which was a relief since I've had issues with shipping damage ( transit damaged) in the past. The bamboo plant looks healthy and overall condition is perfect due to unique plant packaging by Ugaoo, and the 3-layer design is a unique touch that adds some visual interest to my living space.One thing to note is that the plant requires a fair amount of maintenance ( mainly tap water) to keep it healthy. We just have make sure to (change water) with enough indirect sunlight, which can be a bit of a challenge if you don't have a lot of natural light in your home. Also, the plant can grow quite tall, so it may require change of bowl to bigger one, for smooth and fast growing.Overall, I would recommend this 3-layer bamboo plant to anyone looking for a unique and visually appealing addition to their home. Just be prepared to give it the care and attention it needs to thrive ( changing of water at regular basis).

Excellent item. But No instruction manual
Excellent plant. Only remark is that there was no instructions in the pack. Like - there was a gel like substance in the package, have we to preserve it and if so what we do to get refill of this gel (if essential) for future. At what frequency we need to replace? Is this the nutrient your website talks about?

The plant bowl/pot should be slightly bigger.
The media could not be loaded. Just value for money, but the plant container is small and some plant leaf is damaged.

Healthy bamboo plant.
All ok and I got fully grean leaves and healthy plant. No single leave damaged. Happy to received it. Fresh smells. Not dried any single bamboo.
