Products met expectations. Delivery, however, was shocking. It was logged as 'handed to resident' when, in fact, it was in plain view, sitting on my doorstep when I came home. It was a small box and the driver could have easily put it behind one of the pillars that are on either side of my front door, but decided to leave it in completely plain view.

If i have troubles falling asleep i take two capsules and in ca 20 minutes i enjoy my sweet zzz. No side effects at all, love it. I don't use it every day but ca twice a week. Had no effect on my dreams. It's not as powerful as prescription sleeping pill but good stuff. Always take them with a few gulps of water, even if otherwise you usually don't need water to swallow pills!

Words cannot fathom how strange my dreams have been after taking these supplements. I have had some of the most surreal, vivid dreams of my entire life after taking these for just 1 day about an hour before going to sleep. If youre buying these because of their supposed dream enhancing qualities, I would highly recommend them. I would close my eyes and my mind would immediately wander off. Shapes, colours and words would immediatley flash before my eyes. Voices of my friends and family would speak to me in a clear and comprehensive tone almost as soon as I was going to sleep.5/5 will be using these again.

Good effective glycine, but sometimes late at night I don't feel like swallowing three of these.

This is the best product on the market. I no longer take antidepressant since using Glycine. I usually take three in the evening before bedtime and sleep very well at night. In fact, the first time I used them, I slept well. I will be buying these pills forever. I have never been so relaxed and feel great. I would advise anyone taking antidepressant to try these wonderful pills. When I started, I just quit cold turkey taking the useless antidepressants. I never felt the antidepressant did anything for me.
