Helps me sleep and stay asleep.

If i have troubles falling asleep i take two capsules and in ca 20 minutes i enjoy my sweet zzz. No side effects at all, love it. I don't use it every day but ca twice a week. Had no effect on my dreams. It's not as powerful as prescription sleeping pill but good stuff. Always take them with a few gulps of water, even if otherwise you usually don't need water to swallow pills!

Products met expectations. Delivery, however, was shocking. It was logged as 'handed to resident' when, in fact, it was in plain view, sitting on my doorstep when I came home. It was a small box and the driver could have easily put it behind one of the pillars that are on either side of my front door, but decided to leave it in completely plain view.

This is the best product on the market. I no longer take antidepressant since using Glycine. I usually take three in the evening before bedtime and sleep very well at night. In fact, the first time I used them, I slept well. I will be buying these pills forever. I have never been so relaxed and feel great. I would advise anyone taking antidepressant to try these wonderful pills. When I started, I just quit cold turkey taking the useless antidepressants. I never felt the antidepressant did anything for me.
