Great insoles, really support the arch and provide comfort when you're on your feet all day! Good quality, would buy again.

Very good sole support on these insoles also don't heat uour foot up.

Just got my first experience of Plantar Fasciitis—an excruciating pain at the bottom and heel of my flat feet—which was a first for me, and I've now gone to try out a number of inserts. Three-quarters ones will have to do for dress shoes, as they tend to move about, so for more every-day things I'm trying out full-length.These ones are sized quite well and have a lot of heel cupping, which helps immobilise the foot—these are the best I've tried (so far) on flat sneakers. Like all full-length inserts, they're relatively bulky, so you need to put them in shoes with lots of laces to allow room for them.I've also come to realise that, with all of these sorts of things, your-mileage-may-vary as everyone will have a slightly different anatomy—the best-reviewed shoe amy not fit your particular foot as well as one with less "stars". Also, it's important to understand that you have to break any of these inserts in, so you need to wear them incrementally.For me, these have had an initial best fitting, and I like the fact that the heel is better sculpted.

Made such a difference to my heel pain very quickly. Only drawback is they are a little bulky, great for work boots but not so much in lighter footwear
