Little hard to assembling but all over good quality and really looks good

I read one of the reviews that said they had to bend metal to assemble, but I figured I could handle it. My light arrived in a banged up box, but all seemed fine inside. The side panels are to be screwed on to a metal frame, but the metal on the panels was bent in the wrong places and could not be attached to the frame. The instructions were horrible, and it was obvious that some of the steps were backwards. I spent many hours trying to force the pieces to fit together and finally gave up when I realized two of the studs that hold the small panels on each end were on the wrong side from where they should be. The side panels are made of cheap plastic, and I can't figure out how they can say this is a "Tiffany" light. The ball numbers are paper stickers. It is extremely low quality and way overpriced. It is obvious that Springdale does not "fit check" the pieces before packaging. I am returning this terrible product immediately.

No Instructions on how to assemble the unit..... I was able to figure it out, but this Item needs to have instructons. Which part goes first, ETC..... The stickers on the balls where damaged (scratched and peeling. I can't believe that they are only stickers....That is a lot of money for the unit and to have cheap stickers...Plus, some of the clips that hold the stained glass were bent and 3 were not even closed to hold the glass..., after fixing a few things, and adjusting the clips, the light looks good.

The light is great and beautiful BUT like many others the glass broke at the seams on one side in multiple places. Fortunately the pieces themselves weren't broken so it was able to be put back in place like puzzle pieces and then glued together with clear flex seal from the inside were it can't be seen at all from the outside. 24 hours dry time and it was hard as a rock and looked perfect hanging great over our pool table. The side in the picture is the side that came broken. Otherwise easy to assemble, good quality. But for almost 500 bucks who wants to glue anything together? If my uncle wasn't dead set on this specific light i may have returned it tbh. But it worked out and looks great, just be aware that most everyone had similar issues.

The product arrived in pieces and required assembly. Had to bend the parts in order to get them to fit together. In addition, the numbers in the balls are stickers. I was very disappointed in the quality of the item Taking it out of the box required destroying the box so I could not return it.

You have to completely assemble, some glass will be cracked or broken and I wouldn’t recommend to buy at all
