As a small business owner and an IT consultant, I'm constantly wrestling with tech. Printers are the worst. I want to avoid working on them as much as possible, so I want toner that lasts and won't cause issues. It should just work, reliably and without costing a fortune. For years, I've cycled through brands that either bled ink, produced faded prints, or seemed to empty themselves faster than my coffee cup on a Monday morning. This particular toner cartridge? It's been good and that means a lot from me.The print quality is consistently sharp and professional and the yield is good too. The longevity of this cartridge is genuinely impressive, especially considering the price.

These cartridges have been working great! They arrived quickly, were easy to install, and there have been no issues.

I run a small, regional nonprofit for veterans and first respoionders. Our old Canon printer finally gave up the ghost so I had to get a replacement. I did a lot of research before deciding on the Brother printer. I was hesitant to get the printer because of the high cost of toner for it. I found this Gotoby toner, but some of the reviews said it wouldn't work in some of the printers. When the new printer arrived, I pulled out the $400 some odd toner cartriges that came with it and put in the Gotoby cartriges that cost under $65. The printer performed perfectly. I then ordered two more sets for when they run out. We print a lot of fliers, handouts and information resource sheets. This toner made all of the photos look great. I will continue to purchase this toner. It works great.

Print quality is very bad with this ink, the color is not the same, regular words look fine, but any pictures or colors don't come out right. The quality is very fuzzy and the pictures look grainy and too light. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Tried to get ahold of customer support afterwards to try to return but I was outside the return window so I had no options.

The quality of these cartridges are great. It doesn’t smudge. They are easy to install as well as change out. Definitely a great value.!

I am changing my prior one-star review to a four-star review because of the exceptional customer service I received. I had purchased this toner set in October but didn't need to use it until the return window had expired. In the midst of an important printing job the black toner needed replacing, and my printer refused to recognize the new black toner cartridge, which really put me in a bind. After I posted my initial review, I was contacted by the seller, who not only provided a refund but also shipped a new set of cartridges and followed up with emails to make sure that the new set was fine. My printer did accept the new cartridges. Would I purchase these cartridges again? Yes--the printing quality seems the same as the much-higher priced Brother toner cartridges. And the level of customer service is rare in today's business world. My only advice is to do a test-insert before you actually need them.

It is very affordable price and has good quality for my small office use I will buy again

These work decently well in my printer. They do print unevenly so there are streaks. If I was printing photos, then this would be an issue, but printing documents and spreadsheets, having a bit of streaking in the colors for the columns isn't a huge deal, but it is annoying.Update: Customer service reached out and replaced the defective cartridges and offered a refund. Based on the customer service, I am revising my review.
