Elixir Gardens 25kg Granular Sulphate of Ammonia Vegetable Growth Fertiliser 21-0-0 | Treats 1250sqm

I ordered a 5kg pack which I used last week. I work on a lawn which has developed some 'Red Thread' symptoms. One of the treatments is more Nitrogen. I used it on parts of two lawns in an experiment. Fortunately it coincided with a few days of heavy rain. Within days the treated grass on both lawn was noticeably much greener with much more growth. I think it'll take a little more time to determine if it sorts the Red Thread. In the meantime, I've ordered a 25. Kg pack to complete the treatment on the lawns.

The product is good but delivery was a nightmare

Works well as a general broadcast fertiliser.

Used as plant feed for cabbages etc. Value for money product.

Difficult to write about a fertiliser! Purchased to raise the nitrogen levels in areas of clover on the lawns as it is supposed to suppress clover if enough is put down, if this works and it looks promising it will be very useful if not it will benefit my allotment.A useful point to bear in mind proprietary branded lawn fertilisers are much more expensive than this but do the same job
