Unit leaked
Had first unit which leaked after 3 months, had a replacement sent, fitted by plumber following instructions and 2 months later it also leaked.

Leaks profusely would not honour guarantee
We bought one via Nesstar Ltd and also had the same issue. Leaked profusely until it tripped the electrics. Showed proof that we changed the filters twice even though we live in a soft water area. Not good enough for them and they refused to honour the guarantee. In the process of looking for a decent replacement ourselves. Would not recommend a Liquida boiler.
