This necklace continually falls off. The clasp goes through a hoop at the front and its like the clasp isn't long enough, it was a birthday present for my partner and its fallen off so many times. She's nearly lost it twice where we've been out and its just unclaspedBeautiful necklace bur not secure, she's not wearing it now out of fear of it coming off. Which kind of makes the gift pointless as it gathers dust in the box.... massive design flaw
