My previous machine died and I chose this for a replacement, knowing it was a reliable make. Easy to use, looks smart, light to handle. I like that the water tank indicates the filling level for both cup and mug, which helps get the right strength coffee. I found that the '2' mug level nicely fills a standard half pint mug if you take it black. Comes out nice and hot too. The waterfall effect they mention ensures a good distribution over the grounds. Would recommend.

The Russel Hobbs is our first filter coffee machine.Looks well made and makes nice coffee.I was thinking,have a coffee at breakfast and then about midmorning have another coffee,but it switches itself off after 40 minutes.Thats not what I was expecting?

Really pleased with this product. Easy to use and more importantly the coffee comes out hot.

Absolutely fantastic and well packaged

The coffee machine works perfectly. I would like buy it again and will surely recommend it to friends. However, I discovered that the clock on it goes off immediately the coffee machine is switched off. It supposed to be programmed on a standby option.

Makes decent coffee but the clincher for me is you can get a replacement glass carafe for it when the inevitable happens. I've got two working coffee machines in the attic from lesser brands that you can't get parts for.

A nice stylish coffee maker with a digital display and blue lights near the base ..... the filter is washable and does away with the need for filter papers .... relatively quiet in operation and is so straightforward to use .... a good investment for my kitchen
