Best smart watch Ive had
Ive had a fair few smart watches over the last year or so.. versa 2, galaxy watch 4, apple watch se and now this and can honestly say i prefer this one over the rest. In fairness galaxy watch and apple watch have more selection on faces but this still has a really decent selection. Its easy to understand unlike the apple watch when it comes to fitness tracking as it just gives you the info you want. The battery is unbelievable as from fully charged i have worn it every day for around 9 to 10 hours including using st the gym, getting notifications and using it to accept calls and it is now a full week later and the battery is still on 40% considering the apple watch and galaxy watch had to be charged every single day this is amazing. You can actually track sleep and still carry ob wearing the watch aswel, its alot lighter weight and smaller than the galaxy/apple watches too. You can receive whatsapp notifications and read them and talk on the phone with it too. Overall after a year of searching for the perfect smart watch this one is easily the perfect one for me. And at £150 it is a steal!

I've had this for a couple of months now, and most importantly I use it to track calories burnt during my weight sessions in the gym. The Versa 4 syncs with my Nutracheck app nicely which is very handy indeed when viewing your calorific intake. The sleep monitoring is interesting and useful for telling you your quality of sleep which is of great importance for physical recovery and for mental health monitoring. The higher quality of sleep the better.I like that there are plenty of watch faces to change whenever you feel like it, using the fitbit app. Not all are free but there are plenty that are.On the downside, I find the strap very fiddly. You do get two sizes which is helpful and you can buy more online to change the look or just have more comfort. The step count i find is highly inaccurate. It tells me daily I have done over 10,000 steps which I dont think is true. It once told me I had done this when I was driving my car home from work one evening, and I had been sat in the car for 15 minutes at that point. So as a step tracker, I dont think it's entirely accurate, unfortunately. All in all, I would recommend it if you exercise frequently as it's a helpful tool for monitoring heart rate, calories burnt and times your session. It counts upwards so is helpful for monitoring rest times and keeping them to what they should be. Downside is the strap and step counter.EDIT: Well after 3 months, my fitbit has bit the dust. It refused to charge and now the battery is dead and the watch wont turn on at all. A great shame as I was reasonably happy with it, but thankfully Amazon will refund me. Hard to say if I would buy another one in this moment, but I would consider something else, sadly.

Worthwhile upgrade from the Versa 2.
The VERSA II was finally retired recently after suffering from major battery and charging issues. It has served well for three years and now replaced with this one. First impressions it is very good, charge lasts around 7 days for the usage it gets. Simple to setup, easy to use and hope it will serve as well. The only negative for me is the lousy strap, brings me up in a rash so I ordered a 3rd party leather strap which is perfect.

Ease of use
The watch is very easy to use and all the features are as detailed.

Just don't.
Google has removed most of its features for no reason, making it lack basically any functionality beyond it being a watch that tracks your fitness. The watch is buggy, trying to scroll and select a time will go from 7am to 10pm at a twitch of the finger, If you hold the button for too long, it performs a factory reset, it thinks I do hundreds of steps while I'm asleep and the app is confusing and lacks features, forcing you to use the website.Otherwise the charge lasts a long time and the heart rate and sleep features seem to be fairly accurate.

Does what you want with a good battery life
I was deciding between the Fitbit Versa 4 and a Samsung smartwatch. Both covered everything I needed, with the Samsung offering a few extra bells and whistles. However, I kept coming back to the battery life. With the Fitbit Versa 4, I haven’t really had to worry about battery life — it lasts long enough, and it doesn't take much time to fully recharge. On the other hand, the Samsung was reported to last only around two days at best, and I knew I'd likely find it dead when I needed it or charging when I wanted to be active. My main focus was the fitness and health features rather than the general "smart" functionalities, and after a few weeks of use, I’m glad I chose the Fitbit. It’s easy to use, does all I need it to, synced smoothly with my other apps, and overall, I’m very happy with this purchase.

Nice design - but that's it
Love the design quality, it's not too big, enough for my small wrist and it's very thin which I like.Easy to navigate in general.Steps and exercise functions are good, but everything else is a bit of a mess. The only way to listen to music is YouTube music, you cannot sync to Spotify on your phone to skip / pause songs.Sleep tracker doesn't work well at all.And worst of all it just takes ages to sync anything - sleep, steps, anything. It doesn't sync on its own most of the time which makes this device pretty much useless for the price.I could have bought a £50 steps tracker and it would have been probably more useful.Would not buy again.
