Q: Does the scoop come with it many reviews say no scoop?

I have purchased this product many times and there is always a scoop inside. It's purple.

Q: Can you lose weight with this product?

Yes, it can assist with a weight loss and with a proper meal plan. I use this as a meal replacement in the morning. So instead of a 250 - 400 calorie breakfast, I will use a scoop of this with no sugar added almond milk 8 oz about 130 cal. It will keep you satisfied for about 2 hours before you will need a snack. I might also use it in the evening before bed.

Q: Does this taste better than the chocolate truffle flavor? I found that one to be chalky and absolutely revolting.

I have never tried the chocolate truffle flavor, banana is okay, i don’t find it to be chalky tasting like a lot of other protein drinks. Natural Peach Nectar is my absolute favorite.
