Coolife Luggage 4 Piece Set Suitcase Spinner TSA Lock Softshell lightweight (blue+sliver)

I bought this set 5 1/2 years ago, and use it several times a year. It's been loaded in the car trunk, on planes, ships, and the back of a pickup truck. All of the pieces still look and work like new. This morning, as I rolled the fully packed large suitcase through a hotel lobby and out into the self-serve parking lot, I thought about how nice it is to have luggage that I can stuff full, and still easily maneuver.

Holy cow these are spacious! We love the locking feature and how great the quality is.

The product has great quality (all of the 3 suitcases and the bag). They arrived quickly, it was clearly returned before because the box was in bad shape and 1 of the suitcases had a small stain. The price was good too but the carry on is not the acceptable standard size for traveling by airplane, the carry on is taller. So we decided to return. If you are traveling by bus or train than you can definitely keep them.

Update on my previous Review -I would like to make an amendment to my previous review about my Coolife suit case. While I was disappointed about the large suit case collapsing during my first trip, which compromised the entire suit case. I contacted Coolife about my experience, and I was emailed back immediately by Blair. Blair took the time to look at the photos I sent, read my email to Coolife and read my review on Amazon. I was surprised at the amount of time she took to resolve my issue. I even received a personal phone call from Blair. During this phone conversation, she listened to my concerns about the suit case and why it was important that I have one that is very sturdy. She offered me two options for replacing the previous suit case. She sent the links directly to my email, so I could look at the links at my convenience. Once I had made a decision, I emailed her back and got another prompt email with details about the replacement suit case. Coolife sent me the replacement hard shell suit case at no charge. Even after I got my replacement suit case Blair called and sent me an email to touch base to ensure that everything with the new suit case was good.Blair provided exceptional customer service, and I was very happy that Coolife replaced my suit case with no charge. Even though my first suit case was compromised, I highly recommend Coolife due to the incredible customer service I received! A big Thanks to Blair for all her help! Based on this experience I will be changing my rating to 5 stars, great costumer service goes a long way.Previous review -I ordered this luggage because my old luggage had fallen apart. I was very excited to get this luggage because I had a number of trips coming up this summer. I read a number of reviews about how easy to move and durable this luggage set is. Durability is very important to me because I travel to a variety of places, everything from resorts for ballroom competition to remote places around the world. I am very disappointed that the largest suit case of the set did not even make it through my first flight. One side of the suit case a few inches above the wheel collapsed or the metal wire bent, but either way it compromised the entire suit case. It made it very difficult to wheel the suit case once I had arrived to my destination. Due to this, it made me very nervous when I was flying back because I did not know if it would hold up through my travels' home or not. Even though this was extremely disappointing because I was hoping this suit case would be as sturdy and long lasting as my previous large suit case, the carry on suit case was amazing and full filled all the expectations I had for it.I do want to note that the carry on suit case and the middle size (which I have not used for travel yet), and the large suit case arrived in good condition and as described by the seller.Due to my experience, I am going to rate this a 2 instead of a 1 because the large suit case was not durable enough to make it through my first flight, which made it difficult to move the suit case once I had arrived and during my travels back. The carry-on suit case held up wonderfully, which helped earn the additional star for this review.

The media could not be loaded. For me it would be that they are extremely lightweight and have lovely wheels that move very easily. I love the carry-on luggage and that it’s lightweight so possibly I can load it or get someone to help me load it in the overhead compartment. I need The small one to carry on the plane with me as I will have to take my CPAP machine and my portable oxygen machine with me and I feel better that The small bag will qualify as a carry-on. Very important my machines don’t get thrown around. I will put in some towels to wrap my machines in my carry-on luggage just for extra protection. I purchased the one made of Very durable materials as the reviews said it was very durable and again I needed light weight luggage for me too manage easily. My favorite color in the whole world is purple and this was an absolute beautiful purple so I am quite pleased with that. The handles are easy retractable and The metal handles that you pull out to roll your luggage around the airport is adjustable with different heights. The handles on the side and the top of the luggage I would assume would really make it very easy for you to place on your bed to pack your clothes in the same thing for unpacking once you get to your destination. I also assume it will make for easy lifting to put above your head on the plane for safe storage .I will have to give you all an update on my experience with my luggage during my vacation. I knew nothing about purchasing luggage and it took a certain size to qualify as a carry-on. I purchased this luggage due to most positive reviews and even if they came a little damaged or damaged during their trip, I understood that the customer said the company which is Coolife read the reviews and reached out to the customer to make sure they could resolve any issues the customer had with their luggage. I will say so far I am very pleased that I decided to choose this brand of luggage. The luggage set was perfect. It did not disappoint. Purchased specifically for a cruise. It held up at a busy New York train station and then the cruise terminal. A lot of hussle and bustle. The four wheels are amazing (previous luggage only had two). Easy handling. I packed very heavy (i.e, overpacked) yet, I felt like I had control over the unit. I’m 5’7 and the handle height was perfect. There’s so much room in this. I kept finding places to put things. Deep pockets. Unfortunately I did not use the TSA lock and can’t speak to its effectiveness. There was a shipping delay- was supposed to receive on Tue and it arrived Thu, the day before my cruise, yikes. Overall I am very pleased.
