Reliable, Fair Priced, Lasts long
For me when I do weighted dips I’ll work up to 2 plates and a 35lb plate. This belt was the cheapest option and yet it holds all the weight I need. It’s comfortable and easy to use. I’d say it’s worth the purchase if you want to strength train bw movements

Good for the price and durable
Took it to the gym first day I got it and was doing weighted pull-ups and dips and man it was the best purchase I made for what I was trying to do, it was real sturdy and pretty darn comfortable

Great chep belt to extend your limits
If you need some more weight for your pull ups or parallel bars exercises this one is for you.I have reached my limit in those exercises and needed something to bring some weight so I chose this product because it was cheap and got great reviews, I just want to clarify some things I have read during research:Sharpness- No, THIS PRODUCT HAVEN'T CUT ME AT ALL AND HAS NO SHARP EDGES, you just need to know how to connect it to your hip and stand up without it touching, I am no expert but I am sure you will find the way.Hip size compatibility- YES, NARROW HIPS CAN BE A CHALLENGE, however, once you put enough weight and start with the exercise, gravity will lock the belt to your hip without any problem.Durability and Usefulness- OVERALL THIS IS A GREAT BELT: even though it is cheap and could be more comfortable I have managed to use it for 70 lbs without any problem at all. I love this belt, don't listen to the bad reviews.i REALLY LIKE THE CASE came with it, it is super useful! I put my gloves in it and head straight to the gym

Wouldn't trust it for maximal weight, but for weighted hangboarding, it works fine
What I like: The belt is very wide and padded, making it very comfortable and effective to use. The belt quality is good, and I could see this belt working well for high-resistance activities. What I don't like: This chain hooks that connect the chain to the belt are pretty cheap and don't fully close sometimes. I have to sort of make sure that the hook has fully closed before doing my work which is annoying. The chain itself is pretty light, and a bit flimsy and though I don't need to use this much weight, I don't think I'd trust this with more than about 90 pounds.Overall, for the money, for what I needed it for, this was a good buy. I'll never end up hanging more than about 25-30 pounds from the belt and for that reason, I'm happy with my purchase.

Solid, Comfortable, and Reliable — Just Watch the Chain Length if You're Tall
I've been using this Hawk Sports Dip Belt for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with how solid and supportive it is — especially for weighted pull-ups and dips. I regularly load it with 90 lbs, and it feels completely secure with no signs of strain or discomfort. What I love about it:The build quality is excellent. The neoprene material is thick and reinforced with double stitching, and the chain feels very sturdy. The 6-inch padded back gives great support, especially during dips where lower back stress can creep in.It's also very comfortable — the foam padding and rounded edges make a big difference when wearing it for longer sets. It doesn’t dig into my hips or waist like cheaper belts tend to.Important tip for taller users:If you're over 6 feet tall, just be aware that the 36-inch chain might be a little short. When I’m doing pull-ups or dips, the weights hang close to my body, which is fine for me (under 6 ft), but a taller person might feel restricted, especially on a dips station or when swinging into position.Pro tip: If needed, just get a chain extender or longer carabiner — a cheap and easy fix.Final thoughts:This belt is a fantastic value for intermediate to advanced lifters. It's durable, secure, and super comfortable even under heavy loads. I’ve tried a few dip belts in the past, and this one strikes a great balance between support, comfort, and price.

So Far So Good
I was a little skeptical about buying this because some had said that the chain was flimsy and I was also worried it would fall off my hips in use. Well I've been using it for a week at the gym now with no issue. The chain is just fine. I've been doing pull-ups with one 45 plate so far and no issue. As soon as the the weight goes on the chain it tightens the belt on the hip so it won't fall. I handle it with care because I know how inexpensive it is but it's a solid dip belt. No complaints

Good entry point
I'd read the chain was going to leave me cut to shreds but did not find this to be the case. Bought this to start doing weighted chins and dips and thus far have only gone up to 25lbs with it but it feels completely fine and comfortable. The chain does look pretty cheap and I doubt it would hold up to any belt squats beyond super light stuff and honestly I know I'll be replacing it sooner rather than later but for the price it was a great entry point to be able to add these exercises to my routine and hawk continues to make great stuff for great prices.
