I bought this to bake lactation cookies for myself and I have seen an increase in milk supply, so happy that it’s serving it’s purpose. It’s pretty bitter though, so just be aware.

I've been taking brewers yeast most of my life, and this particular brand is by far the best I've ever had! Lovely, nutty flavour, just the right level of bitterness and good texture to swallow without being too powdery. Fantastic to take with a banana after a heavy workout! I'm 77 and still pump iron!

DISGUSTING
It says unflavoured but it sure has an awful taste that couldn’t even shake with honey! Huge regret buying this to sprinkle on cereal for breastmilk production

... not any more than de-bittered. Difference is a more 'full' flavour - plus all the nutrition not in de-bittered.
