Works great
I have owned 4 different vacs like this and this is my favorite. I have tile floors throughout, and this works really well on hard floors. I can't speak to carpets tho. Losing the brush didn't hurt cleaning and got rid of a pain in the neck. Hair is a big issue on my floors. Mine and my peekingese. This picked it up and didn't wrap it around a brush instead. The dust bin is also so easy to empty. I sometimes didn't vacuum because of the hassle of cleaning the brush and emptying the bin. It could take several minutes and the brush was a pain. I emptied the bin on this right after it docked, didn't even interfere with charging and took a minute. It's ready to go for next time. When I am ready, it's ready. Just pick up my phone and press go. BTW I didn't think I would like having to use an app, but I actually like it. I instructed it to go recharge when it got to 20%. It had run for over an hour and a half already on standard mode. It took it's time but did dock itself. I have had issues with previous vacs not working because the big brushes go bad. One less thing to go wrong. Speaking of going wrong, be aware that if you don't want it banging into stuff, the room should not be dark.. just saying.Ps. You do need to keep the floors clear of things like cords etc. This is true of all robot vacs. If this is an issue, vacuum manually and don't buy this. I still don't recommend ignoring cords...Update got two. I wanted to be able to tell them apart. Meet Kitty and Bunny

Still standing after 3 years
This is my second robot of the same brand and model, I really like how a strong and a smart little vacuum cleaner is, it goes to job done. The Operation Is Very Smooth and Quiet, and At Last Exactly Two Hours, cams With To extra cleaning, Head sets, and and extra filter Inside the box. Be, not, To Throw That Away, on my First One I Didn’t realize What Was Inside The box threw Away The box With The extra cleaning brushes and The extra Filter. I like it so much, that I have purchased a second one for the second floor, the one that I bought three years ago is it still intact and in great condition I haven’t had any issues, the battery is still charged very well and the vacuum has the same power cleaning as it had when I bought it, I do recommend cleaning it periodically to make sure that you maintain it. Make sure you clean very well inside remove any hair or extra debris from the brushes.

Pretty good product at a decent price
This is my first robot vacuum and it’s pretty good so far! I haven’t figured out yet how to pair it with Bluetooth to use it with the app, so I can’t speak on that yet.Pros:-It cleans nicely underneath beds and most furniture.-It’s not super loud.-Very decent price! (I’ve been wanting to buy one for years, but could never bring myself to spend the money that most of them cost.-Cleans edges along floor boards better than expected.Cons:-It doesn’t always clean every room entirely— for some reason, it rarely finishes the kitchen. -The dust bin is small (I have a dog that sheds a lot, so I have to empty it one or twice while it’s running).-It tends to get stuck in places sometimes and returns to the area after I manually move it away-I haven’t figured out yet how to have it clean a specific room that it missed.

Great Value – Performs as Well as Higher-End Models!
This was the first robot vacuum I ever purchased, and I was genuinely impressed with its performance. I later bought one of those big-name models that also mops and empties itself, thinking it would be even better—especially since it cost nearly three times as much. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. It ended up having issues and the company had to send a replacement. Super inconvenient, especially since it takes forever to remap your house using the app. With this vacuum, all you have to do is hit “Smart Clean” and you’re good to go—no complicated setup. When it comes to actual vacuuming, I honestly couldn’t tell a difference between the two, aside from this one not having the mopping feature.Even my best friend—who refuses to order anything online (seriously, who does that anymore?)—liked it so much she ended up buying one herself. It’s also really easy to maintain, and the replacement parts are way more affordable than those for the more expensive brands.

Decent lil vacuum- part of the family/household
We call him Waldo bc he’s always busy and we sometimes need to find him! Takes care of the surface floor pet hair and dust. We live in a cabin with 3 dogs coming and going - I used to sweep all day long. Now I send out Waldo and he does that for me! He does need the throw rugs picked up when running or he chews on them- but any vacuum would do the same. Depending on the furniture, he can get hung up occasionally- when he does, he lets you know with his beeping lol.Runs his own patterns and goes easily from wood floor to bathroom tile and carpeted areas with no problems. He doesn’t pick up kibble but that’s the only drawback we’ve found. He’s a part of the family now, and he always returns home to charge on his own.

Not what I expected but vastly more useful than expected.
At first I was really curious about its learning algorithm and I was disappointed that it seemed minimal. We nicknamed him Haro and he mostly gently bounced around. But it overcame different surfaces and removed a lot of dust. Eventually I did notice it taking corners without hitting them which seems to indicate some minimal type of memory. Honestly, this thing does such a good job that the spacial mapping doesn't mater to me anymore. It only needs to be wiped down and emptied every few weeks and the tangled mess in the wheels of other brands is much easier to remove with this guy. The scheduler motivating us to pick up stuff before it runs helped make our apartment cleaner as a bonus. For the price this thing is a must buy.
