Nice and sturdy when up, a bit stressful to assemble with the all on key. Ladder is main issue as constantly giving me cramps, due to how hard it is

Nice bed looks good and once up feels sturdy. Nice design but ladder could do with foam strips and it’s hard on the feetPlenty of desk space for multiple computers monitors consoles etc

Some of the screws sent with it are not long enough so I had to go out and buy some as I have been waiting for more than 6 weeks for the customer service to send me replacements. One of the metal bars that hold the mattress was bent and they also didn’t send the replacement. Customer service is bad, only one email for contacting and they pick and choose if and when they want to answer. My son loves the bed but it took weeks for us to finish putting it together as customer services will not send the parts needed and we didn’t want to spend more money on something that is already not cheap. In the end we had to for my son to be safe sleeping on it. The product is okay but the customer service let it down so badly I will not be buying from them again as we had planned. We really wanted a matching game chair, but the aggravation is not worth it.

This bed is extremely sturdy and looks awesome.Only issue is that the ladder is like walking up a set of knife blades. The rings have been made so thin that when I need to climb up and change my little ones bed it feels like I’m being stabbed in the feet every step. Iv even had friends and family say the same without me mentioning to them.May I suggest a redesign on this feature please.

Not overly easy to assemble, some of the holes were not aligned on either of the beds so is definitely a production fault. Having said that they are very very sturdy and look really good when assembled.
