The two separate clear plastic pieces—outer layer and inner core—continue to pose challenges, especially with the lack of stiffness in the provided plastic spatula.Material Quality Concerns Persist: A significant addition to the material concerns is the flimsy and useless nature of the pry tool used to squeeze the transparent tube into gaps. This tool proved inadequate, chipping, breaking, and getting damaged during the installation process. A stronger material for this tool is imperative to enhance the overall durability and effectiveness during installation.Dust Attraction and Material Appearance: The electrostatic nature of the fiber optic insert continues to attract dust, requiring meticulous cleaning before insertion to prevent contamination of the sleeve. The media could not be loaded. Shipping was fast and so was the install only took about 30 minutes because I was rushing to see results but if I go back over and take my time could look even better but overall I love the look of the lights. They're bright and shine even in the day and most of the cords and wires were easy to hide.

Work really well but putting them in is tricky. The instructions they give you have a QR code and it is to a website that had nothing to do with the lights so it was a bit tricky to figure out how everything worked but once you do the first little bit it is super easy and they look great!

They are not as bright have to wait until it dark to see you will not be able to see it during the day unless you have 5% tint all around lol

The install is kinda easy. Just got it get the hang of it. But when it’s fully installed, this product is great. Good color light and it’s not a cheap product. 10/10 definitely the best ambient lighting for the price.

These lights are crap honestly.. they don't light up worth a crap. The whole point in buying these lights is so you can run them around trim and bend them and use them like you would like to, but they don't light up once you make a bend around the corner even if it's rounded. They really don't even light up real well on a long strand straight without a diode on each end. ... so stay away from these lights . They are junk..

The media could not be loaded. Looks amazing at night but can't really see it during the day. Kinda expected to not see it during the day anyways so not complaints there would recommend. Very easy to install and quite fast.
