Works great and easily repaired my old stethoscope.
Works great with my Littmann classic 2. Pull the bell out of your old stethoscope. Insert it into the tube of this new one. Just be sure to align the bell facing down while the tube is flat otherwise, it will feel strange while using. After insertion, my stethoscope feels like new. It even came with a new diaphragm and ear piece, which I didn’t need. The sound is better than ever.

Good replacement
Inexpensive replacement that gets the job done. Good quality. Not the most comfortable, however.

Great quality and price!
Best $20 spent to bring an old stethoscope back to life. High quality tubing and diaphragm. Works on a Littmann Classic II even though it’s not listed.

New tubing functions great
Functionally the tubing works great. Unfortunately the earpieces constantly turn outward away from my body where they hook onto anything I get close to. No adjustments I have tried remedy the situation.

Great affordable replacement
The tubing on my Littman stethoscope was cracking and finally got a tear in it after 12 plus years. This replacement seems decent quality and sounds the same to me. Love the blue and gray on the ear pieces. Comes with lots of different parts. The tubing smelled weird for the first day, then I couldn't notice it. It was a little of a pain to switch the bell, but that's not the product's fault.

Works
A fine alternative to spending $100+ dollars on a new one. I was a bit disappointed in seeing that all of the alternate ear pieces were gray. One of the photos showed it comes with black to switch out but mine did not. The screw on ear pieces is a bit odd but it does the job. Be careful you look at the placement of the bell before you stick it in the tube. I didn't pay attention and it sits funny, now that it's in there I can't get it to adjust, but that's my own fault. Overall seems to be a good option, and sounds better than my old cracked tubing.

Best replacement I've had
Been using my Lit Select lightweight since residency. Have replaced tubing multiple times. This is by far the best. Comfort is amazing on the ears. Tubing very flexible. The Acoustics.... Well I'm completely impressed. I'm sure the tubing will break down through constant use. But I'm an ER doc, I like no frills...just a tool that does it. This is hands down my favorite
