As I get older the hands/fingers lose strength and flexibility. After reading and looking into various hand strengtheners, I saw this complete kit. I can remember my mom using these same exercises when going through therapy. They worked great for her and I am looking forward to positive results. I like the varying degrees of resistance they provide in this kit. It will allow me to work up to the firmer devices. They fit perfectly in the palm of my hand and have just the right firmness/resistance to get started

I have been using the items and I find that they work well and seem to be well made. My hands are going to get stronger and healthier because of them.

Good quality overall but the egg shaped units were a little too small for whole hand exercise. I found my thumb pushing against the inde finger.

This set of therapy items is great. It's perfect for my hand therapy. I even took them into my Physical Therapist & he loved this set, as well.

The finger stretcher is way too big. I have small hands and have to start with my fingers almost completely extended, so I don’t see the point. The stress balls are nice, but they’re kind of sticky. It might help some hold on to them, but one drop on the carpet and they’ll be covered in cat hair at my house. I also don’t feel much of a difference in the firmness between the three. The donut shaped things are extremely firm, so I’m not able to use them yet, but I will be able to eventually. Overall, it’s an ok kit. There are definitely better quality ones out there - you get what you pay for. I mainly bought it for the stress balls, so I’m just hoping I don’t drop them.

Absolutely love these hand tools. I took them to class to share how great they are so expect more buyers. 10/10 highly recommend
