Very good quality product. Made up of high quality. It includes 1 large size 18’’ foam roller, 1 18"muscle roller stick, 2* best rank massage balls, and 1 portable bag. It perfectly massages your back, leg, neck, shoulders. It is designed to help increase circulation, ease soreness and stiffness and assist rehabilitation. Durable and Long- Lasting

Very effective product

The PVC used under the Fibre roll is of very poor quality.It is nothing but loss of entire money within 15 day's use. Why ?1. PVC roll can not sustain the weight when you roll over your back on it.2. Once it cracks, it starts cracking at multiple places, so you can't even think of repairing.3. Disposal obviously becomes a problem - as it is Plastic.4. It is better to go for a wooden roller of 2.5" to 4" diameter with the length of 10" to 12".That will be Environment friendly and durable as well.But unfortunately wooden roller of this dimention are not available.

The Roller cracked in less than 6 months.So have to order a new one which takes away the value for money proposition and also causes inconvenience
