These are bluetooth headphones, so it has all the benefits of not having a wire and all the drawbacks like ok sound, disconnections, remembering to charge.It's ok for listening to music. Sounds good. Not great. It's not a hi-fidelity headphone after all.It's not good for phone calls, because the microphone is very weak.It's ok for computer calls as long as you remember to switch to the laptop's microphone, but then it sometimes it confuses the drivers and you can be heard but can't hear, or the other way around (depending on your app/computer setup).JBL doesn't support these anymore - you're stuck with whatever firmware comes, and the official JBL app for the phone doesn't recognise it anymore.Depending what price you get, this could be a good enough for the money ($50 on Amazon US) or a highly overpriced piece of 'meh' (£120 Amazon UK on Jan 2022).
