If you have a LS430 you probably need this kit. I didnt realize just how bad my front door speakers and sub had gotten until i finally got around to doing this. The rears were fine on mine but i decided to replace them anyway for longevity.I was originally intimidated by the sub but i learned you dont need to take out the back seat to access it. You can simply cut out the carpet and foam around it with a thick utility knife and access it that way. The sub has a little cover so even if your cut is messy it will be covered up.Quality on the kit seems good, lots of resources on youtube to help you learn how best to install. Spend a bit of time cleaning the original speakers, the better job you do now the longer they will last.Youll need a good sharp razor, some isoprophol alcohol, and lots of qtips or whatever to clean up the gunk. Speakers sound great again and im very pleased and saved a ton of money.

Great idea to reform speakers instead of buying new ones. Too bad the surrounds for the front speakers were the wrong size. Had to alter. My results aren’t perfect but it works.

I had these put into my first Lexus, and never had the rattling noise again from a blown speaker for 5-1/2 years until I sold it. Now I have another one.
