FirstChoiceCandy Jawbreakers (Psychedelic Bruiser 1 Inch, 2 Pound)

I love these. Wish they were a lil bigger but wanted to try the micro size. Surprised on the mint flavor tho. Should be in the description that they are mint flavor. Luckily its a light mint taste which i can handle. I do love em tho. The middle is prolly my favorite.

As some other reviewers have pointed out, the quality of these jawbreakers has sadly dropped a truly drastic amount as of recently.I've been regularly (and happily) buying the 1" version for the last few years, but while in the past they've been the perfect item to satisfy my sweet tooth over the course of the hour or so they used to last, I have to assume some major change was made between my last order in January of 2023 and this new order from November 2023: maybe the formula was changed to cut costs, maybe there is a new supplier, etc. But whatever the reason, the outcome is an inferior product in every single way.The newest round of jawbreakers has almost no flavor, the powdery center grew from being slightly larger than a bb to now taking up about 1/4 of the jawbreaker's interior, which also results in a jawbreaker that lasts less than half the time it used to. And again, I really want to emphasize the total lack of flavor, especially compared to the vastly superior version that used to exist.And of course it is a non-returnable item, so here I am stuck with 2 bags (10lbs) of jawbreakers that I bought assuming that they were the same high-quality ones I've enjoyed for years.I'd give them 1 star, but since they *technically* are jaw-breakers I'll give them 2.Edit: adjusting to 1 star...they are just that disappointing.

If you are not familiar with these then you may not like them. The first layer isn’t flavorful at all and gets bumpy scratching your tongue. The rest of the layers are subtly flavored. I have no idea why I enjoy these other than they keep my mouth busy. They don’t seem to last as long as I recall. The overall price is good for the amount. I will definitely be sick of them before I run out.

I wish I could say I like these,but I just don't! The outside candy part is good, (thats why i gave them 3 stars) but in inside, soft candy is gross! I throw them out when I get toward the center. The thought of biting into these? Yuck!! I know everyone has different tastes, but if I could return them, I would. They were out of my normal ones, so i got these thinking... "how different could they be?" The answer, very different! Now, I'll spend another $40 and buy the "firstchoice" brand that I know I like.

Small, but many. Good little candies for an hour, and enough to last a long time. Inexpensive for how long they will last you.

Very tasty. Love how they get soft and you can scrape off the sugar with the shears of the teeth.
