I’ve been buying timers at Walmart for years and you use them for a month or two and then they go dead. Paying six or seven dollars for each one I decided to look here and see if I could find something better. These are a better quality timer. The battery can be changed. And the batteries don’t cost a fortune. It’s really simple to use take the back off put the battery in and start the timer. It’s a no-frills timer, but it works great. There’s a little button on the side that if you push up, it shuts the screen off so of course if it’s not going all the time or you’re not seeing the display all the time you’ll save batteries. Every time my husband picks up one of the timers and it’s been pushed up. He says this one doesn’t work. And I say yes, it does. It’s just been shut off. These come in three colors, blue, orange and white. I have different colored timers in different places throughout my house. With getting six timers in a box, You really save money. I hope you like these as much as I do!

We love these little timers for all sorts of things - timing reading, chores, laundry, play time, bath time, etc. All the kids have their own. Our first set held up well, but eventually broke due to multiple drops, so we bought a 2nd set. My only complaint is that the magnets on the back are not strong enough to hold them strongly on the fridge. They fall off easily.

I like everything about this timer, except the magnets. These are very easy to use, but unfortunately the magnet is not strong enough hold the weight of it on my classroom whiteboard. As long as your not planning on keeping them on the whiteboard, then they do have a useful stand, and for the price paid, I got great use in my classroom with them.

No problems here. Nice big display, easy to use, and best of all: they work as intended. Counts up and down, has a beeping alarm when timer finishes. Has a useful stand. I guess the only knock is that the magnet on the back is not very strong on some metals, it slides down when attaching to our oven, but it is very strong on the fridge.

The beeps are a bit loud when setting this timer, but I can drop into the basement for a minute without fear that my pizza will burn. With six different timers of three different colors it is easy to assign a different timer for multiple task stations so I never have to guess which station I was using my timer at last. As others have mentioned, the magnets on the back are not strong enough to hold the timer up, BUT they are strong enough to hold the timer TO. I have my kitchen timer sticking nicely to my oven vent, resting on the awning part. This timer does have a couple "ganchos" (as my Salvadorean friends would say) which I don't expect to last long, but at this price point they are more of a bonus as long as they last anyway.

The ones that work, work well, very simplistic, which is what I am looking for. However I had one that did not work upon arrival. I suppose that is par for the course, but frustrating none the less. It is more work to try to get ahold of the manufacturer and send the broken one back. Thus my rating. I hope they last a while, fingers crossed.

SECOND TIME I HAVE ORDERED THESE TIMERS. THE FIRST TIME THEY ARRIVED WITH BATTERIES READY TO GO. SECOND TIME, I HAD TO GET 6 TRIPLE C'S BEFORE I COULD USE THEM.
