This was suggested to me for purchase from my tech friend. I only needed this to run a couple of programs that seem to not like running smoothly in Mac OS. Out of the box it was easy to set up, WiFi works great, audio works great and all the USB ports work great. I have it connected to a Dell monitor and the graphics are great. I have not tested the Bluetooth simply because I didn't need it to have Bluetooth, but I may test it out later when I have the time. It's compact size is perfect for my already crowded desk. No way I could use this for gaming, but for what I need it for, it's well worth the money.

Machine was professionally refurbished by the seller. Performs like new, looks like new. Runs quiet and cool. 10/10 value for money, would by from the seller (Computer Outlet Deals) again.

Clean installation without bloatware. Great performance with a solid state drive and enough memory makes it perfect for most users and business office environments. Can't beat the price for what you get. Also -- Easy to reach if you have questions.

The line "This pre-owned product has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon qualified vendors" looks to be outright false. It appears there were no attempts at all to clean the computer. They likely only opened it to slip in a new, cheap (crappy) SSD, then closed it right back up. The no-brand WiFi adapter they include with it is also just junk, they would be better off leaving it out. The included mouse and keyboard are extremely cheap, but they do work.UPDATE: I should have actually tested it before reviewing, lesson learned. It doesn't even boot, doesn't see the SSD. Tried a known working second SSD that had the same issue. Bad computer. Seems they didn't even do a boot test when they threw in the questionable SSD.

I love this little PC, but there were some hiccups getting it going. In spite of the advertised description, there is no HDMI socket and no HDMI adapter supplied. The Bluetooth didn't start working till I supplied a dongle. On power up, an app demands a product key and won't accept the one printed on the case. OK after I deleted the app. Still- it's a fine little pc which will fit nicely behind my monitor.

I got this for one and only one function, and it has been absolutely reliable 24/7/365 for over two years now. I use it to host a wifi camera so I can see what's happening outside when I'm working in my basement office. The camera wifi's to a dedicated router, and then it's ethernet from router to the computer. So, the computer doesn't use wifi, is not connected to internet and just blasts camera video to a monitor, day after day, for hours every day. I'm running Amcrest Surveillance Pro, and I don't even have a keyboard connected. I leave the computer, camera and router running 24/7 and just switch the monitor on/off with my work day. The monitor sits on top of this little computer and they are about 24 inches from my head. There is no fan noise at all, and the computer is just barely warm to the touch. I've had 4 to 5 power outages in my suburban house over this time period. The camera and router come up themselves. The computer comes up fine, but the Amcrest app doesn't auto launch. So, I have a wifi mouse next to the computer and I use that to launch Amcrest app and go full screen for the video. That's it. This little computer is SO PERFECT for this application. I'm pretty sure I got this computer thru Amazon but it's not showing up in my history... maybe I got it elsewhere. I also think it might have been refurbished.

this product was first class and high quality. Especially affordable for the purpose

It does not have an HDMI port as advertised. Instead they ship it with a bulky display port adapter which turns dvi into hdmi, defeating the purpose of buying a “micro” computer. I could use the VGA port and loose definition, however this box has no audio out jack, as it seems to have been removed, so without HDMI and no audio jack, there is essentially no way to get audio out of this thing. It’s like they forgot to refurbish it. I’m getting a refund.
