Tasty treats for a Bearded Dragon. He’s a fussy eater and these can be a little crumbly, but he enjoys them when he’s feeling like a dried meal. The convenience and price are good. I like to have them on hand for those times when I am low on fresh food for him. Here he is vegging with his favorite friend.

I got these for my turtle and was super impressed that it wasn’t just a bunch of random bug parts. As I have gotten a lot of just legs and crushed up parts in other brands. These were very nice sized grasshoppers. What difference it makes in feeding time. My little guy just loves them.

My bearded dragon loves these grasshoppers. I give them as a treat and he devours them. They are a great option when live feeders aren't available. The price for the quantity beats the pet store brands. As someone else mentioned, the container has a removable foil lid and does not have a resealable lid. I repurposed a deli container with a lid for storage of the grasshoppers. Problem solved. Good buy.

Personally, I rinse them off well with hot water, then once rinsed i let them sit in a bath of hot water with some calcium powder, lizard vitamins and bee pollen! This helps the lizards stay hydrated as well as digest these grasshoppers better! And the dry hoppers work really well at absorbing the nutrient rich water! The only downside is any they dont eat must be thrown out! I just bury them in their dirt to help feed the springtails and isopods! Those little bugs are a great cleaning crew! The hardest part is making sure their numbers stay up! When my lizards get bored they will tear stuff up and start eating the cleaning crews! They did it more when they were still little, now they dont do it as much! The crews numbers are still trying to recover!

Grasshoppers are really big and look really fresh. Let’s see if my Beardy like them. I just got them so let’s see how it goes. I’ll update it once he try some. Come nicely sealed and even have a little thing to grab them with so you don’t have to use your hands which is always a plus because I hate these things. I think it’s a score will see.

I like the nutritional values this product has. The size of grasshoppers is pretty large comparetitly speaking. I use it in salads for my bearded dragon. He loves it. He eats more of his salad now. A real game changer.
