This item is awesome. I do the new training at a call center for a medical office. I had to always put the client on speakerphone to hear what they needed in order to guide the new employee. Now is so much better with the Supervisor Splitter y cord. I have trained 4 people using it & the numbers of errors have drop by 25g.

Very hard to connect. I would send them back but it is too late.

This device was not what we needed to be able to train a new employee (had her listen in on calls) but we purchased another unit (same manufacturer) that had the headsets with it, which worked perfectly.

Facilitates trainers ability to control who is talking, the trainee or the trainer.
