After seeing how many positive reviews this d I bought one. I opened mine up expecting it to expand like other customer reviews yet it just sat there all squashed?After about and hour I decided to remove the outer cover incase this was preventing it from expanding. To my horror it appears to have mouldy spots on it? Also even without the cover on it, it still didn’t expand?Looks and feels cheap, I have no idea what all the positive reviews are about unless they have been purchased?

I bought this due to the high number of good reviews, however mine is not good! Memory foam is in poor condition. Have had it out of the packaging for about 6 hours now and one side is still compressed. The support seems no where near what the product description says.Looking at the ad, there isn’t a way to contact the seller to talk about the product before I return it! The worst thing is I have a flight in the next few days so won’t have my pillow.Very disappointed!

So this product I’m sure would be ok if you got the real or good quality product. This is badly moulded in the foam so it won’t expand to the whole side. So it is useless as it won’t work on one side. But the foam has brown spots around it so that is bad as it looks like mould. I’m a quality control manager for on of the other large general merchandise company’s in the uk and this looks like a poor batch control from China or the origin country. So just don’t buy one

I was very disappointed with the item when it finely turned up it looked flat the one side so I decided maybe it just needs a little time to get back to shape after being folded for so long I left it out for 24hrs and was still the same it looks like everything you want in a travel pillow if your lucky enough to get one that isn't damaged then I guess this would be getting more than one star

Over the years I've used quite a few flight sleeping aids from the most basic inflatable ones of long ago to this latest one which I bought to replace an older version of the same company.This is by far the best I've used but given the advancements in technology i'd be surprised if it wasn't. The fact that the cover is removable to wash is a nice touch as some don't and can end up not worth using again.I've not been able to use this for flying given the current situation but have used it watching TV in the house and its brilliant support for the head and neck comfortably helping me to drift off for a nap during the soaps!Im very much looking forward to using this on my next flight and given that it packs away very nicely complete with an eye mask and earplugs will not take up much of my precious cabin baggage allowance.Also, given the price tag for this is less than some of the more expensive alternatives and in my opinion far better.

Used it a few times for long haul flights. Maybe it's my shape not the product but I don't get on with it at all.It is very squashy and seems to be made of good materials but abug YMMV when it comes to the shape.Folds nicely into its pouch.Ended up getting eaten by the dog. She gave it twobpaws up for entertains.

Bought this for return flight to Australia and it made such a difference. Really comfortable and the angled corners were more helpful than I appreciated. My only challenge with it is, I am a big chap, 6ft3, and the back of it was level with the head cushion on the flight, and as it is quite a deep support, it meant my head was propelled forward ever so slightly more than I would like. But that isn't the fault of the device. It means I really prefer it on overnight trains where the seat back is flat, and when I've stayed up in the rocking chair to look after my nephew it's been incredible. I would say I have recommended it to my mum to buy her own, however she has just elected to take mine on her trip to see her family. So far she has only complimented it

pros-just perfect, the memory foam is so comfortable,you'd have the perfect sleep on the planeyou can also adjust it and tighten it around your neck if you're feeling cold or want a better position.cons-I honestly have no issues with this product.manufactured well and good value for moneybut, if I'm critical, i'd say it's a little too big but that's a pro for me.will i recommend?Yes of course. duh!
