I got neither. Who can contact to get my money back?It came. Was too happy. It was for my son. Next thing you know the touch screen don't work. It's flickering the windows option box in and out and in and out and in and out etc. Tried fixing it on our own. It actually tells you that it can't be done. The flickering in and out don't give you a chance to make any changes. It needs to go back. They have not given me that option. Tablet mode is perfect. And if you want to use the keyboard, it is OK for you generally. If you want to move the laptop, just put your hand on the back of the keyboard and do not touch or move the tablet. Then you can take it from this room to another. Then, case of the tablet is made of plastic and the tablet only has one loudspeaker.I tested its volume and I think it is is acceptable. Also the screen resolution is not too bad. I like this design but it is better that the keys can be a lit larger! About 19GB is free when I got this device so I use a Micro SD card to save its space.Anyway, it is a good deal of buying this windows tablet. I use it to surf, watching videos on YouTube. My little daughter uses it to play some games. And she said she loved it very much. I teached her to typing.
