is there a recipe for this product that uses brisket or stew meat (without Barbecue sauce and chocolate)?

Thank you for your interest in Carroll Shelby Chili. One suggestion is our Honest To Texas Chili: Follow our recipe on our box but substitute 2 lbs.cubed or coarsely chopped beef for the ground beef. Brown in 1 tbsp. oil. Increase
cooking time to 1 hour (it’s worth the wait!) or until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. The listing when i search "carroll shelby's original texas chili" says "3.7 ounce (pack of 8)" but on listing page there is no mention of "pack of 8"?

I can only tell you that when I last ordered this, it came in as 8 boxes with  each box marked 3.65 ounces. I can add that I love this product and it is the only one I use to prepare my chili.  I hope this helps you.

So an 8 pack seasons 16 pounds?  2 pounds per packet?
