I really like the solid mounting that keeps the camera stable. It was easy to install as it gets power by cigarette lighter and then the rear camera gets power from the front camera. The instructions were very basic so I do wish it explained more about the functions. Overall this is the better dash cam that I purchased.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I've owned and installed several dash cams. This will be my first dual camera unit. My old dashcamera of 3 years finally died and I needed a replacement. A must have on my replacement dashcam was a higher resolution camera and a rear facing camera. I'm familiar with this brand as I've had great luck with their older units, so I decided to pick one of these new models up. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of this unit at this price point. The camera itself feels solid and the wiring is of good quality. The suction mount works well, but I will likely switch it to the 3m mount in the future as it's a slightly less bulky looking mount. Keep in mind you will need to run some wires if you want a clean look, but it's not too difficult to tuck the wiring in your vehicles trim. I have tested this camera with Kingston micro SD card class 10 from my old camera with no issues. After some time installing and reviewing the camera footage I am very happy with this unit Videos can be downloaded by ejecting the micro sd card or using the included usb to micro usb cable and connecting it to your pc. This dashcam is at a great pricepoint and easy to use. I have included some photos.

Looking for back up and recording dash cam for my old car and found this. It's keep recording when I parked over night, it keep me feel safe if hit and run happen. One more thing make me give it 5 stars is the screen and video quality really bright in the dark. Love it.

Comes with two cameras, front and back, and all the wires needed to connect them.Comes with two cameras, the 'brain' is all in the front camera that has the large and bright LCD screen, buttons, SD card, etc, and the rear camera which is small and light. The default settings work exactly how you'd expect, they start recording when you start the car, and stop when you stop. There are more features that I haven't explored fully yet, such as G-force sensitive recording, and resolution adjustments.The video I included in this review is from the rear camera, which is because I left the protective film on the front one and the video was fuzzy, hahaha.You will need to pay someone to hide the wires under your headliner, but in my opinion, this setup is completely worth that small install cost.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My previous one was a basic 1080P cam that was front facing. It had started having issues. This was dual cam priced in my range so I went for it. You can check out the quick videos from front and back side. I have both set to 1080P and with it, each three minute clip (front each camera) turns out to be 258MB from each camera. On the SD card, you'll find two files for each time duration, one file for the front camera and one for the rear. The G sensor works well too. if I shut the door close hard, it starts recording using battery power. PIP works fine but since I can already see the front of the car, I set the screen to show me the rear camera. The video I'm uploading has 1.5 mins for front camera and 1.5 mins of rear camera from the same trip. Currently I'm using a 32GB SD card but can't wait to pick up a 64gb+ so I can switch to 1440P.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I just tried this new purchased dash camera, and it is awesome. it comes with front and back cam, got all the accessories to hook them up, and finally I am ready to bring it on the road. The video i attached, it was on a rainy day. But the quality still very good as you can see. You can clearly see the license plate of the surrounding cars. The lighting, exposure is also very well too (you can adjust exposure as you wish.) It is very easy to set up and use. I will recommend this to my friends.

1- The price for DUAL dash cam is really good.2- Easy installation.3- Rear dash cam installs inside the car, which is easier than installing on the license plate that other brands offer.4- Rear cam has a really long cable to be connected to the front cam.5- Recording both front and rear at the same time in separate files. The videos are stored with date and time so you can find them easily.6- After installation, you don't need to do anything, just start your car and hit the road, all sets automatically! You can find what is going on your camera without touching it. Just take a look at the light on the upper left of the camera.7- You can add date, time and your licenses plate as a subtitle in the recording.8- Suction in front cam is really strong also the glue for the rear cam.9- In case of need the front dash cam rotate 360 degrees, so it can record inside the car.10- You can choose to record the sound or not.

The camera came with a push tool that worked perfectly to push the wires into the trim on my Civic ('16). Installing both cameras took about 20 minutes.Video QualityI'm really impressed. The picture is sharp and clean. I uploaded a section of video from the front camera.Ease of UseVery straightforward. There are options you can adjust, but it works great out of the box. The camera turns on and begins its recording cycle when I start my car. It's easy to grab a clip you want with a press of a button. It has a parked feature, which might be nice to see what bumped your vehicle in the night. I tried it and it's pretty sensitive. Turns the camera on and starts recording. I used a laptop to see the video, registers as an exterior drive, very easy.OverallGreat camera. Gives good video front and back. Easy to install and use. Highly recommended.

It will also overwrite once it's full.I also find since I have installed this I have been a better driver as now it's almost like a second pair of eyes and will certainly help me if any accidents come along the way. The Dashcam has a feature motion detection, once the car is parked if anything comes into the picture it will take a short video clip, this could help with vandalism or if someone hits my car while parked.To install the Dual Dashcam was quite easy, the manual is very vague and doesn't explain as much as it should but isn't a big deal as it's straight forward, comes with plenty of cord what took the most time was running the cord ever so nicely so it's out of the way and not a hazard.For power, you'll have to make sure to keep it plugged in (as with most Dashcams) doesn't have a big battery so will have to keep plugged info an outlet.Even at night time, the Dashcam captures license plates with no problem, has a nice wide-angle so I am able to see more of the road. I have tried to put as much detail as I could, its a great dashcam. The only thing I wish it had was a GPS logger. Quality is great and the Apeman support was super helpful and answered me in a timely fashion.×Edit×Absolutely love this dual dash cam, now im protected from front and back of my car, the picture quality is clean and very clear for both night or daytime. The packaging is A+ when I opened it I knew it was going to be nothing but the best. They've done a great job at designing this. And the Sony Cmos Sensor makes it even better.

Each component was separately boxed; main camera, rear camera, suction mount, and car charger & rear camera cable each in separate sub-box along with product manual, a short USB power cable, and a handy 'crow bar' to get suction cup off of the windshield (if you need to). It does not come with a micro-SD card so get one of those before you install (I got a 32 GB card and it is plenty large enough for recording many segments of dash cam video). You can power-up using the USB cable plugged into a phone charger - or do it in your car when plugged into the cigarette lighter (cable provided). Put the micro-SD card in when prompted and you can format the card in the camera. The controls are few - up / menu / down / power: these 4 buttons have different functions in the different camera modes. The menu is deep and allows precise control over how the camera operates. The suction cup is POWERFUL and is not likely to come down unless you really work at it - that's why they include the 'crow bar', a plastic tool to get the suction cup off.The camera will operate automatically when power is supplied, so it comes on when you turn on the car. I had mine plugged into an outlet with continuous power so it actually recorded segments while I was parked. I changed power outlets because I didn't need this - but if you are concerned about what happens in parking lots it may be a nice feature.The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a provided cable and sticks to the rear glass. You can record a split-screen image with both cameras if you want (setting is in the menu). Resolution is reduced when both cameras are in use - but it is still clear and detailed. You don't have to use the rear camera.Recorded video images are excellent quality and have a very wide angle view so you can see what is going on around you (see the attached video).Having an excellent record of what happens to you and your car may come in handy some day - I think it is good insurance and makes good sense.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The package arrived with simple, organized packaging. Each box was labelled. The instructions are straight forward. After putting in a micro SD card (I used a 16 GB card) I plugged it in and turned on my car. It auto powered on and asked to set the language/time and displayed that I needed to format the SD Card. Make sure you save any contents on the SD Card because when you format all the contents will be deleted. After formatting, I turned my car off then on again to reset the camera. It turned on almost immediately and started recording. I took it for a test drive at night to see how the quality would turn out and was amazed at how clear it was. I had my doubts about the image quality when recording at night but as you can see the image is fantastic. 5 stars! Would highly recommend.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  When I got the package I was surprise how small it was considering that it is a dashcam for both, front and rear of the car. Once I opened the package I understood why, is one of the best pack products I have seen in a long time, they really use all the space without leaving too much room in between components.The installation of the dashcams was easy, the front have a suction cup, the back a 3m. The cable for the back dashcam is really long, that is something else I was looking for as you can connect both cameras without the need of altering the electronics of the car, just plug with source provided and that is it.Both images are clear (front/back) and the videos are always in sync. I like the quality of the video and the features that this dashcam offers. Really good product for that price.
