Where is this product made?

According to their website: Eskimo /Ardisam is a worldwide manufacturing corporation. We manufacture and produce products both in the United States and overseas.

do they make a floor for any of them thats a question

No, because this shelter is designed for ice fishing, there is no floor.

Is the top totoally sealed or is there an opening? Can it be used when weather is not as cold and rain would be possible?

I bought it as a gift for someone. I believe the top is totally sealed. My friend used it to smoke outside in the fall/winter so it was out in all the elements ie snow, wind, rain.

Is this unit insulated?

No but it does come in a insulated version. Hope that helps.
