We've bought teak garden furniture from Jati before and had no hesitation going back for more: this set definitely lives up to expectations and is amazing value for money. The chairs are elegant, extremely comfortable and strongly-built (they have to be, with us sitting on them!); the cushions are thick, supportive and well-made; and the little foldaway table is surprisingly solid and stylish. Although we were unlucky to get a mismatched set on first delivery, the team at Jati clearly have the whole customer service thing nailed - they were friendly, helpful and sorted a replacement set for us super-quickly. In situ in our little riverside garden they are attracting a lot of compliments from passers-by on the footpath opposite. We're very happy to recommend Jati quality and Jati 's people to everyone reading this review.

These were definitely worth the wait. They arrived fully assembled and carried through to the back garden. The loungers appear to be solid and well made with nice fittings. The cushions are comfortable and have the added touch of a neck support and detachable foot rest section. The table is just the right size and folds down easily for storage. It might be early days but there is no indication of any cracking or splits, which I have had in the past with other brands. They are dusty though - so wash down before use.

Well made and attractive steamer chairs at a reasonable price. comes with detachable leg rest that makes it even more versatile. very pleased with the purchase and the delivery. Cushions are better than the usual thin cushions you see on other steamer chairs and give good support and comfort. Again the leg cushion is detachable for extra versatility, all around great steamer chair, would recommend.

These are good value but you do get what you pay for and some of the joints are not 100%. Finish is also not as good as it could be.They have lasted a very cold winter outside and are looking OK just one back slate needs fixing due to split (bottom piece that slat goes into).Very nice to sit on. Solid feel to them. Look very good and table has not problems. Way way way better then any thing from your local DIY store (or Argos) but not quite top of the range.

The chairs are well made, easy to adjust and are very comfortable to sit on with or without the footrest. Well worth the cost.

Bought these during lockdown to enjoy the sun, and what a treat, great quality and really comfortable. Be aware that they are quite heavy but I think that is a positive .

The right arm became dislodged from the rear frame because the hole for the bolt that retained the arm was not drilled deep enough. I had a terrible time trying to resolve this issue, eventually a delivery driver came & insisted on inspecting the chair, then proceeded to try a repair. He was obviously not quallified for this work & when challenged could not speak enough English to explain his totall inadequacy in knowing how to carry out this repair, I had to tell him what to do, eventually he drilled the hole deeper to reseat the bolt, this completed the job I had requested at the outset. The chairs contain quite a lot of filler between joints, their are other niggles but I'm unimpressed with the after sales service so will look after those issues myself.

A bit disappointed that these chairs don't recline further like our old hard wood ones. But overall very good quality, cushions thick and comfortable too. The cushions were left out in an unexpected storm and the water just sat on the top, didn't soak into the cushions so they just needed a good shake which is good.
