A definite good must read,-But expected much more on system based analysis at each system along with with case based analysis,-Don't cover gastro,cvs in major system-not a book which needs repeated read/mugging like other practical books for pg...so get access for few weeks from anywhere,then you are done with book...it helps building concepts, everyone should read

A must read "clinical approach" book for postgraduates, DNB, MD and Dch. Just like bedside case discussion notes. Very useful.
