I tested all 10 of the alligator clips. They stayed aligned, the springs worked and I couldn't easily bend them. When I ordered them I forgot to look at the method of attaching a wire, there are no screws, I hope the solder sticks.

This seems pretty good. After two months they still look good. Showing a little discoloration around the spring so maybe the shaft not the best ss but no pitting of the body. Yea.

As alligator clips, they are fine, but I bought them for outdoor use, and they ALL rusted! Picture of one attached. These are NOT stainless steel, obviously. False advertising.

Good quality. The shipping was also reasonable as it was coming from overseas, but I don’t mind waiting on something like this unless it’s needed ASAP. I used these to replace smaller alligator clips on a battery charger as well as to add to sonar hookups on our boat. The larger size makes them much easier for me to use with arthritic hands.

I use these clips for electrochemistry and despite the description saying stainless, they are nickel plated steel and will corrode quickly in electrochemical solutions.
