The best white balsamic I ever had

Amazing product - - quintessential Italian good taste. More depth of flavor than other varieties of white vinegar, and without the cloying sweetness characteristic of so many (dark) Balsamic vinegars. I use it in my teaching demonstrations and all my students ask where they can find it. And you can be sure I tell them.

The bottles were packaged very well for shipping.

It is on the sweet side, but very tasty. I usually add a bit of Sherry vinegar to it. Of course, it isn't Balsamic Vinegar and doesn't claim to be: it's good white wine vinegar mixed with grape must. Nevertheless, one of my favorite condiments, in spite of the high price. Pretty bottle.

This product taste very very close to the bottle purchased in Italy. Delicious!! Highly recommended.

I had a salad at a restaurant and was so impressed with the light taste of the dressing I asked the waiter what it was. He asked the chef who told him it was White Balsamic Vinegar! I bought Giusti brand hoping it would be as good and I wasn't disappointed! I had tried a different brand from the grocery store and it was awful--too heavy of a taste that overpowered my salad. I highly recommend Giusti White Balsamic Vinegar!
