No Observable Change in Decomposition Rate

Limited Shelf life
I had ordered 1 kg pack. It worked well for first bin, however not so effective in 2nd bin. 1st bin was filled in approx. 10 days and I mixed this regularly. it was decomposed in 4-5 weeks. After that, 2nd bin is decomposing slowly even after 6-7 weeks. I guess there is limited shelf life of these organisms and may not survive for long.
