AutoTruckToys, GoRhino, Amazon, PLEASE HELP!!! This listing clearly states (quote) "Includes built-in step pad for easy access to hood and windshield". Yet it did NOT come with the kit AT ALL, which I wanted specifically, so I trusted the wording. Is there a lower "step pad bar" you can rush to me that will fit this kit? Otherwise, I think I would be a VERY SATISFIED customer. Waiting...Update 12.19.17AutoTruckToys did a great job getting me the right part at their cost from GoRhino. Very good customer service. One of the bolts for the bumper mount was stripped before assembly. I will try to get the part fixed locally. Not the sellers fault, but a manufacturing defect. Thus the 4 stars for the hassle. Great product and great look though.

The the directions to put this thing together are absolutely awful. Not to mention a nightmare to put on the vehicle. On top of that the design and how it looks does not goes with the lines of the vehicle at all. It looks like you pulled off a different vehicle at the junk yard and mickey moussed it on to your van. There is no good part of this other than it is one of the few bumper/grill guards that exists for the express. The first one I had ordered was missing hardware (bolts, nuts etc) to put it together. I reached out to Go Rhino to get the missing parts. As I said the directions are horrid so knowing which parts exactly are missing is difficult as they all just come in a big bag nothing labeled. I managed to get in contact with Raul the "director of customer relations"(this is at go Rhino, not amazon, amazon customer service was great) and he told me I have extra parts and they're not going to send me anything. I told him have extra of the wrong parts then and can't install it. They ghosted me and haven't returned my calls or emails. The second one of these I ordered came with an entirely different bag of hardware. The right hardware. The "U" nuts they sent (this time) do not fit on a 2019 express. These nuts are required to mount this guard to your vehicle. As I said before this thing is a nightmare. Go Rhino customer service, quality control, manufacturing, directions, website.. all of it is garbage. Do not buy this thing. I am amazed with how bad go rhino is, and surprised that they are still in business.

TOOK A LITTLE,WHILE TO INSTALL BUT NOT TOO BAD. ALLREADY HAD A TRUCK FLIP A CHUNCK OF ASPHALT UP AND GUARD CAUGHT MOST OF IT.WELL PLEASED WITH PRODUCT ON MY 2005 CHEV 3500 CARGO VAN.

I got it installed over 2 days. Bolts were a Little short, took some pushing and pulling to get headlamp cover to bolt together which by the way one was not even threaded. The middle bar is not level and will, I think, catch more wind tilted up like it is, so it makes a better step. The headlamp bar cover part of the light casting a shadow when driving. It is solid and strong, I guess I expected more for the price.

Look great but is not strong enough if you ever hit something it’s easy to damage you would need like 2 to 3 hours to get it install

It seems flimsy but wait till you hit a White tail deer going 60 miles an hour. I was amazed the protection this guard provided! You won’t be disappointed once you get it together and it comes in handy for those suicidal deer. I don’t have the built in steps but I can still carefully climb it to clean my windshield.
