Well that was unexpected "Life Changing"
I was speaking to a coworker and made a joke about my pill regiment. He mentioned these seeds and told me to take it first thing in the morning with hot water as hot as possible. So I started taking them one teaspoon a day. I pop them in my mouth and just swallow them with the hottest water my bathroom faucet can dish out. I do not steep in water or even chew them.To start I would like to mention that I've been taking medication and supplements for years and have never had anything really be "life changing", so honestly I did not expect anything different from this. I wasn't looking for any results other than maybe some help with my blood sugar. So when I noticed the first change I was amazed. I had energy, I mean I was fixing things in my honey do-list during the week. Something barely do on the weekend much less during the week. I mean I was on a rampage. This only made me want to continue taking this product even more. Then the second thing happened! I noticed no swollen feet. This was a bi-monthly thing for me. Certain foods would cause my feet to swell. Not once since I started taking these seeds. Then the third thing happened. It had been months since I've woken up with morning wood. Then about 3-4 weeks ago I woke up and their it was. This is now a weekly joyful occurrence for me.This stuff is affordable and so far I have not found any side effects. I would HIGHLY recommend this stuff to everyone. My wife also takes this and she said she noticed she has more energy. BUY IT!!!!Update: it’s been a month since my last review. The swollen feet have slightly come back. But nothing like before. Before my foot would feel like a ballon ready to pop. Nothing like that, now it is just a slight swelling. As for the energy, still there. Same with the morning wood. This product has had a positive effect on my life.

The seeds are fresh and viable, nearly 100% germination when sprouting.
I bought these seeds mostly for sprouting. The germination rate is nearly 100%. I always have plenty of quality sprouts. I use filtered water and rinse twice daily. I have never had them go bad. They sprout and grow quickly. The age of the sprout determines the flavor. I normally grow them for 2 to 4 days. They are great in Asian recipes but I experiment and try them in many dishes I cook. Simple to sprout using the jar method.

Supposed to help with hair fall?? Questionable
I have low porosity 2 b-c hair. And since I've been dx with Fibro I've been loosing my hair. I don't want to use Minoxidil forever, so I'm trying various home remedies to see if I can get some hair to grow in front. The problem I used too many different home remedies, so I don't know what is doing what. I noticed a difference when I started using hair teas. So, I'd soak these and then the next day use with other herbs in a tea rinse 2x a week after shampooing. I love a little ritual, and it makes my scalp and hair feel better. The smell is nice, just make sure to use a fine strainer, so you don't clog up your shower.

Heavenly! Excellent for sprouts, or ground for savoury or sweet dishes.
This is my 5th purchase of Rani products off Amazon, and I think I'll run out of superlatives before they run out of products. I'm glad to be incorporating more fenugreek into my diet for its taste and health benefits. I am using this product in several ways to great success: 1) sprouting the seeds. They make a great winter salad, and the germination rate seems to be near 100%. 2) ground in a coffee grinder for a ground spice that I use in regular cooking, but also sweet dishes too. 3) I'll add a tablespoon to a cup of milk I'm fermenting into kefir...the kefir loves the extra food, and the result is a nice thick kefir with a nutty flavour. 4) sometimes I'll freeze sweetened fenugreek kefir into 'ice cream', with other flavours like vanilla or chai. The kefir really 'softens' the fibre, and the fibre frustrates the formation of ice crystals, resulting in a creamier 'ice cream' (even though it's way lower in fat). It's just a great product, and amazingly economical in the 44oz size. I'm looking forward to planting some this summer and drying out my own kasoori methi (dried leaves) --can't make butter chicken without it! Thanks Rani! This old, white, Canadian guy will be exploring more of your products soon.
