Does it have a sawtooth hanger on the back?

It has a metal hanger that lies flat against the frame. I pulled it out just a little to hang on a nail.

Is this made out of Real wood? Or synthetic materials?

I think it is real wood, except the back I’m not sure what it is but it’s not a piece of cardboard. It’s a little heavier. It’s glass on the door. Bi like it.

Would I be able to display enamel/lapel pins in this?

Sure. There's a foam layer on the back of the box that you can nail down or stick on.
