I give 5 stars to the seller of the (Zhiyun Smooth 4) carry bag I would give a lot more if available I cannot give enough praise to them. I purchased this bag and was waiting a long time for delivery, I made contact with the seller, he put a trace on the location and discovered it was lost in transit with no hesitation he sent me on a replacement and estimated I would have it in (5-7) working days. It has now arrived on the 7th day, as calculated by him, now that is what you call service. I certainly would have no hesitation in placing another purchase order with this seller at anytime in the future as his response was excellent. I highly recommend this Seller for quality product and quality service and give him (100%) the bag is excellent quality and well manufactured so don’t hesitate if you need one it’s well worth the purchase price.

Not as hard a case as I would have expected. It still protects well enough in my rucksack. I took a tumble backwards with my pack on and this protected my smooth 4

A generally good solution for the Smooth 4 gimbal. The exterior of the case is well made and the zips and handles all well finished. The interior of the case has space for the gimbal itself, the tripod and the charging cable. The lid of the case has a layer of foam, which I would have liked to be somewhat thicker to provide greater protection. When the case is closed it feels as though the gimbal could move when being carried on its side. Extra foam would help prevent this.

This case is well made, but honestly, I think a case for a Smooth 4 is unnecessary; they’re pretty robust, and whilst I used the case at the start, I now just chuck the stabiliser in my rucksack and have never had any issues.

The gimbal doesn't stay fixed in this case, it moves. The mould is loose and can't hold the gimbal form in the case. It is not fit for purpose.I haven't tried another case.

This won't protect from heavier items. All items fit and looks smart.
