I was looking g for a vitamin D and K2 supplement. I love this product. Easy to swallow and no weird aftertaste. Living in a place that’s not very sunny it’s nice to have a supplement to take during the winter months. I will buy this again.

I have read that the combination of Vitamin D3 and K2 is a powerhouse duo for maintaining strong bones and a healthy immune system. I have to stay out of the sun and this helps to keep my D3 levels up. These are fairly small, easy to swallow capsules and I appreciate that they are vegan.

D3 and k2 together absorbs insystem and stays. Without both together it does not seem probably as strong.

Solray vitamin D3 & K recommended by a doctor for bone health. Sure hope they do some good for my bones, won't know until my next dexa scan. The size is easy to swallow, don't have any real flavor.

Vitamine D3 and K2 are a must to be taken together. 125 mcg and 50 mcg in higher doses is better for strengtheningbones. This is what I was looking for.
