I was in desperate need of a new Queen-sized mattress. My old one was purchased in Oct 2018 & had huge dips in it. The sides of the mattress were sloping off the sides bed, so I had to shove a pillow under the sides to raise it up. I was waking up achy & searched amazon. I've never bought a bed in a box for myself before & was nervous. I spent about 2 days searching & narrowed it down to this one & a name-brand I was unfamiliar with. I've tried mattresses out at Ashley store before, so felt more comfortable making this selection. It was on sale at the time & I liked the price. It arrived quickly, was packaged well, & inflated super quickly too. I didn't wait the recommended 24 hours, because i couldn't. My husband helped me get it on the bed around 11:30 am & I slept on it that night. It's much softer than I'd normally go for, but there's some support too. I'm mostly a side sleeper, and the first night was a rough night of getting used to it. It was comfortable, but I do find that we tend to feel pulled toward the center of the bed due to our weight. I woke in the middle of the night feeling warm & a little achy. However, I think that was just a period of adjustment. The 2nd night I slept well & the 3rd night I slept even better! It does have some bounce to it, so as one turns over, the other will feel it. I put a cooling mattress topper on it & that has helped tremendously! All in all, I'm surprisingly happy with this purchase & I hope the mattress holds up for some time. I'll come back later with an update, but so far I'm not seeing any dents in the mattress & I'm a large woman. I weigh 280 lbs.

Let me start by saying: This is the comfiest/softest bed I have ever owned.This is my second time purchasing this bed, and the only reason I needed to purchase it again is because i sometimes wet the bed. I'm 32 years old, and I've been doing this most my life. The first bed was wonderful to me, just over the years it was a little harder to get the stains out. But at first, they are super easy to get out, and stayed almost for the first few wets. My guess is the material they use to make it. So, kudos to the company! This time around i also purchased a bed cover that will always stay on, even though i got my moneys worth with the first purchase. 10/10 - would definitely recommend this product.

I needed a mattress in a box for traveling purposes for my Mom's house; I had bought a ZINUS 10 Inch Ultima Memory Foam Mattress for my daughter, who likes her bed - but the queen was out of stock, so I thought I would try this mattress. I Should have stayed with the memory foam. This mattress is decent, but felt like I was rolling to the center right away, otherwise very comfortable. Not sure how this will be with two people, but for a "guest" bed and one person - it works and even if two people sleep on it, this mattress is much better than what it replaced. Box easy to open and set up. Watching the video ensured we unpacked this without issues!

This mattress is ok. I was looking for a medium firm mattress to help my back. I used it for about a week and my back was not great, so I put it in the guest bedroom... and my Son said that its really comfortable. Its a bit lighter weight than the Ikea mattress I have, so makes moving it much easier. I would buy it again, although not for myself as its a good solid mattress

Way too FirmNot 12" rise and definitelyNot 59.8 width✖️UPDATE 01/24/25✖️I can definitely confirm that this bed is causing my restless legs syndrome to be absolutely horrific from almost non existent. I slept on it for 3 days and when I became restless I moved to my couch for over a week. I wanted it to not be this bad so I went back to the bed for the past 5 days praying it wasn't the bed, and each day I could feel the jerks start to completely full blown! I can't handle it! Also, feels like I'm sleeping on a hard brick! if I wanted to do that, I could go to Home Depot and buy some bricks. Or sleep on my hard floor.DO NOT BUY this bed if you can't handle too firm and or suffer restless legs syndrome!!!✖️ back to my couch I go!!!!!!!!I'm so disappointed and can't believe I'm even writing this as well as surprised I'm only able to give 2 stars. The 2 stars are for the way it was packaged and how beautiful the bed really is!First off, I did A LOT of research! Reading so many reviews until I turned blue in the face. Which also took over a week for my decision.I had limited funds to buy a new mattress because I have severe back problems from a MVA when I was younger. Getting broadsided, ejected and pinned under my own car has done quite a number on my body, back and neck. Also suffer severe restless leg syndrome. The hubby and I just moved and only had a full size mattress (that was quite comfortable but I couldn't find that exact one in a queen) so I searched high and low diligently looking at reviews. Need a somewhat firm mattress but it definitely has to have some plush givy. This says medium firm and is NOT comfortable to me at all. After night 3 of sleeping on it I realized (besides hurting in my back more than normal) that I had been waking with those unwanted rls jerks I haven't had in a LONG time.Couldn't take it anymore so I moved to my broken down couch and feel better! It's a bummer that I haven't been back to my bedroom to actually sleep since....and when I look at it, I just want to cry!I'm going to have to wait until I get more funds (which is going to be forever) to purchase a comfortable plush cloud like mattress topper.I wish people wouldn't leave reviews saying this was like sleeping on a cloud when it's not! It's way too firm.Now here's the big kicker. My full size mattress was comfy but my 6"3 hubby and I didn't sleep comfortably because of the width. This bed is supposed to be I believe like 59.8" in width but only came to 56.8 which is 3" not wide enough! I got rid of my 54" comfortable mattress because it wasn't wide enough and only gained about 2.8" when I was supposed to gain 5.8" Big difference!!!!! :(Also, 12" height only fluffed to 9.5"Buyers BEWARE just because of the great company that makes this and so many positive reviews (aside from me not being comfortable on it) it doesn't go 12" and maybe y'all should not just focus on the height but also check your width! I still haven't checked the length because I had enough that it's not wide enough and that was the whole purpose of getting a queen bed.Now I'm on my couch! Maybe I just happened to get one that got cut short with extra firmness! :(P.S. I can't send this bed back because I live in a very small apartment and had to break the box down.Very disappointed and sad. I can't even look at the bed without wanting to cry!I'd like a full refund.....
